PRODUCT FEATURES

High Reliability

  • The parallel redundant design, and the system availability is up to 99.999%. MTBF (mean time between failures) can meet the high reliability demand of the power system to provide 250,000 hours to meet the high reliability demand of the power system to provide 250,000 hours of continuous power supply.
  • Modular redundancy of control system: The control module is divided into connected in parallel for redundancy, and a fault in one cabinet does not affect the safety of the whole system.   • The modular monitoring module is hot-swappable. After removing the monitoring module, the system can still operate normally. The user can replace the monitoring module online.
  • The Bypass is designed as the EPB protection agent to shut down in an emergency. EPB protection is Direct EPB protection and avoid misoperation. It has a remote agent with 485/232/DI and relay function.

Convenient and Flexible

  • Modular design, consisting of 1-12 modules in parallel, with a maximum power of 600kW. Users can flexibly increase the number of modules, using single-ring technology, and module capacity can be selected online and active "hot" expansion.
  • The maintenance downtime is short. When the number of faulty modules is less than the number of redundant modules, the downtime is zero. But if the number of faulty modules exceeds the number of redundant modules, the system will not be forced to shut down.
  • The LCD touch screen on the cabinet provides UPS status information, warning information, historical events, and parameter settings.
  • On the working site, UPS can be monitored through the maintenance LCD light for power under monitoring, the status of the module through the monitoring module.
  • Support hot-swappable power, and maintenance personnel can perform active maintenance safely.

Advanced Technology

  • The structure of each function adopts digital control, with excellent performance, high system reliability, and expansion and debugging capabilities, avoiding the risk of a single point of failure of the traditional analog control method.
  • In advanced three-level technology mode, the efficiency of the whole machine is as high as 96.5%.
  • Using advanced three-level SCR topology, the size of 400kVA/400kW 3U module can be connected to a compact, three-phase unbalanced load. When the output is connected to the unbalanced load, the input current is three-phase balanced, which can reduce the loss of the grid power grid.

Intelligent Design

  • The charging current can be set on the set, and the user-configured battery capacity and charging current can be set through the panel (auto, silence and smoke mode switching function to protect the battery).
  • The floating charge voltage is adjustable.
  • The intelligent battery charging module adopts advanced two-stage three-stage charging mode, which can automatically adjust the charging current according to the battery type, and can be equipped with an optional battery management system.
  • Provide a wealth of optional accessories; users can choose to install optional communication ports (such as RS232, RS485, Ethernet port), dry contact, parallel port, USB port, intelligent slot, temperature sensor port, dry contact card, etc. to form a small and medium induction distribution system.

Green and Environmental Protection

  • The standard cabinet is adapted, which perfectly matches the application environment of the computer room on site and saves the area of the computer room.
  • The system can configure batteries according to different requirements, and users can configure batteries according to the number of battery configurations. The number of optional external batteries can vary from 30-120 (38-96pcs optional, default 36pcs). The users can choose accordingly.
